RING ZONE STRATEGY
Which Ring Zone for Each Tier?
Outer Ring (~19x)
S and A-tier seeds: Ghost Pepper, Soulbound Orchid, Promise Lily. The multiplier makes even a moderate mutation extremely valuable here.
Middle Ring (~5x)
B-tier seeds: Watermelon, Blueberry, Peach, Corn, Cantaloupe. Good income while you build toward outer ring unlocks.
Inner Ring (1x)
C-tier seeds for early game: Carrot, Beetroot, Pumpkin, Wheat, Melon, Onion. Fine for starting out.

A tier letter only tells you half the story. The number that matters is effective value: the base price multiplied by the ring zone, then multiplied again by whatever mutation rolls at harvest. The same seed can earn 19x more just by moving it one ring outward — and a good mutation on top stacks multiplicatively. Here is the math worked out per ring so you can see exactly why placement decides everything:

Layer a Cosmic on top and one plant clears $76M per harvest. Mutations are random, so plan around the guaranteed ring multiplier first and treat mutations as upside.

Which Seed to Prioritise & When
- 🌱 First 30 minutes: you only have inner-ring slots, so any seed earns 1x. Do not spend on rare seeds yet — plant your starter Carrot / Wheat / Beetroot and pour currency into unlocking middle-ring slots instead.
- 🍉 Middle game (middle ring unlocked): fill every middle slot with B-tier seeds (Watermelon, Blueberry, Peach, Corn). Redeem UPDATE2 and 2KLIKES for two Tropical Seed Packs and plant those contents here first — free mid-tier seeds beat anything you can afford to buy at this stage.
- 🌶️ Once the first outer slot opens: this is your priority above everything else. Even a B-tier Watermelon in the outer ring (19x) out-earns an S-tier Ghost Pepper stuck in the inner ring (1x). Move your single best seed out the moment a slot is free.
